Objective = The overall objective of the programme is to train the healthcare managers in using modern operations management techniques in efficient and effective management of healthcare services.
Who Should Attend = The programme is designed for Administrative Officers, Medical Superintendents, Medical directors, Nursing directors, Hospital Managers, Manager Operations - Quality managers, Quality Assurance Officers, HMIS Officers/Consultants, Public Health Consultants, Doctors, Healthcare consultants, Supply Chain Managers, Hospital Operations Executives, Distribution and Logistics Managers with substantial managerial responsibilities, interests, and motivation to learn and improve healthcare services.
Duration and Venue = The programme is of 5-day duration. The programme will start in the morning of Monday, 10th August, 2015 and conclude in afternoon on Friday, 14th August, 2015. The programme is scheduled to be held at IIHMR University, Institute of Health Management Research, Jaipur.

The fee covers tuition fee, training material, stay in air-conditioning room (twin-sharing basis, for residential participant), breakfast, lunch, dinner, tea/coffee during the programme and pick-up and drop from Jaipur airport/railway station/bus stand.
Discount/concession on the MDP fee:
1. Early Bird Discount: Nominations received with payments on or before 4-weeks will be entilted to an early bird discount of 10%.
2. Group Discount: Any organisation sponsoring five or more participants to the programme will be entilted for a discount of 20% on the total fee payable provided that at least five participants actually attend the programme.
3. Maximum Discount: Organisation can avail themselves of both the discounts subject to maximum discount of 20%.
The programme fee could be deposited Online or through DD in favour of “Institute of Health Management Research”, payable at Jaipur.
