MDP on Leadership and Strategic Management in National Health Mission (NHM)






















Objective = The objective of the programme is to equip senior and mid-level professionals’
with necessary leadership and managerial competencies for effective planning,
strategizing, implementing, and controlling various functions of Health Systems
to achieve the goal of National Health Mission.

Participant's Profile = This programme is designed for professionals who are involved in planning and implementation of National Health Mission (NRHM) including National Rural Health Mission (NRHM) and National Urban Health Mission (NUHM) at various levels. The target participants for this programme would, therefore, include directors, joint directors, state programme managers, consultants, district level
officials, district programme managers, district programme coordinators, and administrators working with government and non-governmental organizations with substantial managerial responsibilities, interest, and motivation to learn and improve health systems performance.

• Service Delivery Reforms
• Human Resources Development
• Social Protection Function of Public Health Services
• Health of the Urban Poor
• Medical Products, Vaccines and Technologies
• Public Private Partnerships

Programme Fees =
Indian Participants : Rs. 25,000 per participant plus Service Tax as applicable
Foreign Participants : USD 600 per participant plus Service Tax as applicable
The fee covers tuition fee, training material, stay in air-conditioning room (twinsharing
basis), breakfast, lunch, dinner, tea/coffee during the programme, pickup/
drop from/to Jaipur airport/railway station/bus stand, special dinner, and
local sight-seen.
